^24 (A)The one belonging to Ahab, who dies in the city, the dogs will eat, and the one who dies in the field the birds of the sky will eat.”

^25 (B)Surely there was no one who sold himself to do what is evil in the sight of Yahweh like Ahab, whom Jezebel his wife incited. ^26 (C)And he acted very abominably in following idols, ^(D)according to all that the Amorites had done, whom Yahweh dispossessed before the sons of Israel.
